Our Pastoral Staff The staff at Liberty Baptist Church has spent many years devoted to the ministry. These men enjoy sharing the Gospel and building up believers through their work here at LBC.

Pastor Mike Messer  Pastor Mike founded LBC 23 years ago. He has a compassion to reach his local community for Christ and to see lives changed as a result of this local ministry. His pastoring style and abilities make him enjoyable from the pulpit and approachable in the office. He loves turkey hunting, fishing, and traveling. Recently the church sent he and Terri on an Alaskan Cruise for their 20+ years of faithfulness here at LBC. Terri is our church secretary and accountant. She will always greet you on the phone with a big smile and friendly voice!

Pastor Steve Stone  Pastor Steve is our Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor. He and his wife Deana have been with Liberty for the past 9 years. They have worked with teens and college students for the past 18 years. Their focus is on teens knowing Christ in a personal way. They want to equip teens to be spiritual and community leaders while living a life that is pleasing to the Lord. Pastor Steve and Deana emphasize to teens the importance of sharing the Gospel with others. "Focus" maintains a close family atmosphere while doing several fun-filled activities each month.
